Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary
- The Floor Operations Manager shall be responsible for managing
all front-of-house operations in conjunction with the back-of-house
(BOH) during opening, mid and closing shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching
- Overseeing experience on a shift-by-shift basis.
- Upholding the highest level of guest experience.
- Improving internal operations.
- Developing and disciplining team members during service
- Managing the guest experience
- Overseeing food & beverage quality and overseeing the entire flow.
Qualifications and Experiences
- HND in Business Administration or any related course.
- Male preferably.
- 5 years and above.
- Relevant experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- To initiate & drive market stimulation activities, drive
& sustain growth of walk-in diners, corporate sales and event
catering customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales planning & marketing.
- Brand management.
- Customer management.
- Public relations.
Qualifications and Experiences
- HND in any related course.
- Direct marketing experience & good communications skill.
- Female preferably.
- 2 years and above.
Job Title: Kitchen and Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Kitchen and Quality Assurance Manager shall be responsible for managing activities in the kitchen.
- The idle candidate should have a natural flare for food and be comfortable in and around the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Shall be responsible for maintaining production quality and standard.
- Managing order turnaround time.
- Shall handle kitchen inventory and wastage.
- Should be able to work under pressure and effectively manage and motivate the kitchen crew.
Qualifications and Experiences
- HND in any related course.
- Relevant experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Female preferably.
- 4 years and above.
