Job Description
- Provides key business information and analysis to business to enable expense, headcount and volumetric targets to be achieved and maintained.
- Monitors general ledger entries and processing streams to ensure the reliability of general ledger information
- Prepares and analyzes financial performance reports.
- Collaborates with department leaders in the development of capital, expense and personnel plans for forecasting and budgeting.
- Provides expertise on how to use financial data, the application of accounting guidelines, standards, procedures and policies.
- Ensures accounting practices are applied to analysis in an ethical and effective manner.
- Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Requirements
- GAAP, analytical skills, accounting experience, MS Excel, financial systems

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer/Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contracts
Job Nature: Rotation - 5 days on /2 days off
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) projects to a high level of quality within safety, OIMS, and Control expectations.
- Development of project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and implementation of maintenance projects to improve facility systems including all SSHE requirements and customer interfaces. Develop and steward project budgets.
- Participate in project planning and permitting, as required.
- Development, implementation and monitoring of operations procedures for maintenance and repair. Implement maintenance processes in accordance with eManual and operating processes. Analysis of operational data for trends / opportunities to improve maintenance both planned and reactive resulting in optimum value.
- Manage execution of M&R activities within a designated budget.
- Perform other field maintenance and engineering duties as required.
- Technical management of facility systems which could include: central plant, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire safety, potable water, wastewater etc.
- Monitor / analysis of site utility spend and usage to identify and implement utility reduction initiatives
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Degree/Diploma (Engineering or Building Management-related)
- 1 - 3 years’ experience for Degree; 3 -7 years for Diploma
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Safety, Security and Controls awareness
- Budget planning and stewardship
- Working knowledge of facility management technical disciplines, codes etc.
- Able to manage contractors and vendors to deliver quality works and services
- A team player with good inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements and Company expectations including OIMS and Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) requirements

Job Title: Marine Advisor
Location: Akwa Ibom
Job Nature: Rotation (4 weeks on/4 weeks off)
Description
- Senior Deck Officer: Vessel Admin, Regulatory Compliance, SSHE (Safety, Security, Health and Environment), Risk Management, Vessel Communications, Navigation, Ship handling, Cargo and Ballast Operations, Marine Quality Assurance
- Senior Engine Officer: Vessel Admin, Regulatory Compliance, SSHE, Marine Systems and Machinery and Equipment, Project Management, Planned Maintenance, Marine Quality Assurance.
- Operator / Technician: Vessel Admin, SSHE, Risk Management, Machinery Operations and Machinery Maintenance, Cargo and Ballast Operations
- Special Licensing and Certification required by Law to operate tank ships.
- Special Licensing and Certification preferred or may be required or preferred for offshore installations and marine shore side positions including marine assignments supporting Upstream projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Deck:
- Leads department, assigns related duties.
- Calculates vessel drafts, stability, and hull stresses to ensure compliance with maximum permissible limits.
- Maintains the main deck, accommodation space and exterior of the vessel.
- Proficient in the use of all navigation and communication equipment.
- Proficient in the use of all emergency response equipment.
- Advises the Chief Engineer of mechanical or electrical needs of the deck department.
- Assists the Chief Engineer in the preparation of shipyard specifications related to the deck department.
Engine:
- Operate and maintain primary and aux marine systems.
- Operate and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
- Assist vessel response and damage control.
- Prepares repair specifications, work packages and project execution
Job Requirement
- Deck Officer Licensing and Certification: Coast Guard License (Unlimited), Radar Observer, STCW (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers), GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System), MMD (Merchant Mariner Document any unlicensed deck rating, Tankerman-PIC (DL dangerous liquids))
- Engine Officer: Coast Guard License (Unlimited Steam/Motor as applicable), STCW, MMD (Any unlicensed engine rating, Refrigeration, Tankerman-Engine or PIC (DL))
- 10 years plus marine experience at a senior officer position required
- 5 years or more experience in the company operations organization preferred
- University degree preferred
- Behavioral Skills: adapts, makes sound decisions, manages risk, promotes inclusion.
- Functional Skills: SSHE management operations and maintenance, (Deck) Navigation, ship handling & seamanship, (Deck) Marine managing liquids transfer operations, (Engine) managing marine system (operations & troubleshooting), (Engine) marine vessel machinery and equipment (operation & troubleshooting), (Deck/Engine) marine vessel administration (regulatory compliance, policies, procedures), (Deck/Engine) project management (planning & execution), (Deck/Engine) marine planned maintenance (shutdown, execution and start-up, (Deck/Engine) marine SSHE management and emergency response, (Deck/Engine) marine quality assurance
- Master Mariner (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency/OIM Unlimited
- Accredited OVID inspector
- Accredited Marine Warranty Surveyor
- Seagoing Experience onboard as a Master.
- Ten (10) years’ post qualification as Master Mariner (Unlimited)
- Oil and Gas industry emphasis on Offshore operations and Safety
- Carried out at least 50 Rig Moves
- Ten (10) years’ experience in Towing and anchor handling.
