Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company database
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Organize logistics and dispatch
  • Prepare invoices and verify receipts
  • Provide Quality control checks when required

Requirements

  • Must be resident in Lekki or its environs
  • OND / HND in Business Administration ,or any related degree
  • Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be result driven
  • Ability to multi task
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office

Salary
N40, 000 - N50, 000 (Monthly).
