We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 


Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities

  • Attend to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate student registration and ensure any other follow-up
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries;
  • Prepare reports, lists, tables, purchase orders, presentations and statistics using various software;
  • Make various reservations (eg: accommodation, transport, meals);
  • Prepare, verify and distribute orders for equipment and supplies and maintain inventory of equipment and merchandise;
  • Support the manager in the management of projects and budgets.
  • Keep the students payment data up to date through computerized systems.
  • Process telephone, electronic and mail communications;
  • Perform word processing work and revision (letters, memos, quotes, etc.).

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in a related field with 0 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
