Agoa Waste Management Company Limited (AWMC) is a firm that started business in Nigeria in 2006. Agoa Waste is registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission, under the Company and Allied Matters Act to do businesses in the areas of Drainage Management, Environmental ,Industrial and Medical Waste Management and Industrial & Domestic Fumigation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Typing workplace documents, including letters and reports
  • Taking minutes
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  • Data entry (data sheets etc.)
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
  • Providing administration support to other staff and management
  • Performing basic bookkeeping duties
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Documenting and maintaining paper and electronic files and
  • Systematically filing important company documents

Requirements

  • Ordinary or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration or Business Management or any Management Related Course
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good team player
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
