Job Description
- We are seeking employees for new business initiatives in line with our new strategic focus.
- The role of the Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in for shaping and developing the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy in alignment with SFH's Market Innovation strategy.
- He/She will leverage their expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain process improvement to support strategic initiatives and projects.
Job Role
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a cutting-edge Supply Chain Innovation Strategy.
- Collaborate with the techHUB team to contribute to building supply chain decision-making software for order management, logistics planning and execution, and inventory management, pulling data from corporate ERP.
- Support the development of mathematical models of operational processes to aid optimization efforts.
- Assist in facilitating end-to-end supply chain leadership meetings and strategic workshops.
- Support collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Support innovation within the Supply Chain processes to align with SFH's market innovation goals.
- Assist in new business development initiatives within the Supply Chain domain.
- Contribute to managing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Contribute to developing a governance mechanism for SFH's end-to-end Supply Chain projects and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in effective oversight to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support Supply Chain and Logistic risks management.
- Assist in effective contract management of downstream vendors in the Supply Chain system.
- Contribute to strengthening risk management across the logistic value chain.
Qualifications/Experience
- An Undergraduate Degree in Health/ Allied Health fields, Sciences, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain discipline.
- Master's degree in Health/ Allied Health fields, Sciences, Engineering, Business, Finance or Organisational Management is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to large-scale projects/programs.
- Basic collaboration experience with Regulatory, Quality, and other relevant functions
- Proven experience delivering effective collaboration and proactive partnering with key stakeholders at State, National and Regional and Global levels.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a complex Supply Chain environment at Middle-Management level.
- Experience in the healthcare/regulatory-dependent sector is desirable.
- Basic leadership experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Regulatory, or Quality Management.
