Job Title: Contact Centre Agent

Location: Onipanu, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints or enquiries via telephone, emails or text messages.
  • Exhibiting competent product Knowledge.
  • Promote good listening skills.
  • Ensure that customers/callers are satisfied.
  • Gather information from customers.
  • Consistently ensure call (outbound / inbound) quality
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high volume of calls
  • Work closely with Team leads, supervisors and call centre manger to ensure synergy and all time customer satisfaction
  • Manage length of calls.
  • Provide customers with needed information and support
  • Make outbound calls.
  • Receive inbound calls
  • Adherence to call script and call centre policies

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Candidates should be fluent in Both English, Yoruba, Hausa or English, Yoruba, Igbo
  • Experience in Quality Assurance or Business Process management will have an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 / Month.
