Job Title: Machine Operator, Paper Core Making

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Description

  • Responsible for production output from slitting and rewinding machine in the paper core making.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, and other relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with management to provide updates on production status, challenges, and improvements.
  • Supervise machine operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the production head to optimize workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Train and mentor machine operators, ensuring continuous skill development.

Candidate Specification

  • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
  • Preferred Company: Shakti Industries and ABVEE VEE.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role within converting units of film processing companies/tape manufacturing companies.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in handling production challenges and guiding operators, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
  • Candidate should be graduated and trained.
