Perfection Motor, a subsidiary of the Lee Group of companies, was established in partnership with FAW China. Perfection Motor was given the sole rights to market FAW heavy duty Trucks in Nigeria. Since our inception in 2013 we have made great strides in ensuring that we will be ready to serve our market by establishing our head office alongside a fully equipped workshop, parts department and not to mention an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

 



Job Title: Plant Mechanic (Excavators, Bulldozers, Cranes and Heavy Duty Machines)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Inspect hydraulic, engine, and transmission system of all Heavy Plant Machinery
  • Reading of hydraulic and transmission system flow diagrams and troubleshooting
  • Overhaul Engine transmission, gearboxes, hydraulics, cylinders, and other major repairs
  • Generate maintenance and service reports
  • Cleaning and servicing of machine attachments like winches, blades, and side booms
  • Performing major repair work when necessary
  • Consulting with other mechanics on smaller jobs
  • Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management
  • Ensure all scheduled and corrective maintenance are carried out as at when due
  • Comply with safety, health, and environment and quality procedures
  • Report and relate activities to the Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer
  • Inspecting and Diagnosing faults in trucks, cranes, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment for proper performance
  • Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts
  • Repairing damaged equipment parts
  • Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on heavy-duty vehicles
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an FSCL qualification.
  • 2 - 10 years experience.

 

 

 

Job Title: Experienced Heavy Duty Truck Sales Specialist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Successful candidates must be able to sell and promote sales of trucks and plants like bulldozers, excavators, cranes, and other heavy-duty trucks in line with company sales policies.
  • Prospect for new customers.
  • Maintain client database.
  • Follow departmental procedures in completing truck paperwork using available systems tools.
  • Create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment whilst taking responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of the showroom;
  • Give sales guidance and inform the customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all the vehicles within the product range amongst others.
  • Collects accurate and complete financial data on customers when necessary.
  • Meet established performance criteria as determined by the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
  • 3 - 10 years experience.

 

 

Job Title: Panel Beater (Body Work)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Carrying out inspections on bodywork and frames of vehicles to assess the extent of the damage.
  • Disassembling damaged vehicle parts.
  • Repairing scratches, dents, and other damage to bodywork and replacing any parts that cannot be repaired.
  • Straightening and aligning car frames and unibodies.
  • Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories.
  • Replacing or repairing windows, car interiors, and exterior trim.
  • Filling and sanding bodywork.
  • Carrying out painting in spray-booth.
  • Performing final finishing and polishing.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an FSCL qualification
  • 2 - 10 years experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 monthly.
