Job Title: Clients Relations Associate

Job Description

Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively identify ways to add value and drive results.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic recommendations and solutions that align with clients' goals and objectives.
Support project kickoff meetings to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with clients to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and provide regular performance reports and insights.
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, content developers, web designers, copywriters, developers, photographers, video editors and social media managers to execute projects effectively.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
