We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Career Counsellor

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Provide accurate information of our services to clients and sell the courses
Collaborate with faculties and center head to identify, define, and meet student career planning and placement needs.
Ensure sales target are met
Attend to inquiries and update inquiry data daily.
Resolve complaints of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain positive relationships with clients/customers

Job Requirements

Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in any relevant field
Proficient in the use Microsoft office
Self-motivated with a result driven approach
Friendly demeanour and good persuasive skill.
1-2 years’ experience preferably in sales, marketing, customer service or related fields
Candidate should reside around Surulere Axis or its environs
Basic knowledge of IT courses
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / month.
